Wheat beer, light beer, white beer, Alcohle-reduced and non-alcoholic beer, Top fermented beer, Kolsch, Ales, Hefeweizen, Alt. 

Description : 

Imparts special taste of wheat beers. This wheat malt is perfect for making wheat beers but also used in barley malt-based beers. Very rapidly cured at 80'C to avoid increased color formation. Produces smooth, sparking beers which emphasise the typical top fermented beer and wheat aroma. Essential in making wheat beers but is also used in barely malt-based beers ( 3-5% ) thanks to its protein level that gives the beer a fuller mouth feel and enhanced head stability.

맥아 스타일  밀, 베이스 몰트 (분쇄 요함)

향  깔끔함, 달콤함, 마일드함

색  옅은 지푸라기 색 1.6-2.3 L

용도  모든 종류의 수제 밀 맥주에 적합한 베이스 몰트

          5% 첨가: 헤드 형성에 도움.

          10-20% 첨가: 콜쉬(Kolsch) 맥주에 사용.

          30-40% 첨가: 전통적인 벨지안 위트(Belgian Wit) 양조 시 생 밀이나 밀 플레이크와 함께 사용

          50% 이상 첨가: 미국식 밀 맥주(American Wheat Beer) 양조 시 단독 혹은 베이스 몰트와 섞어 베이스 몰트로 사용

USE  Use as part or all of base malt in wheat beers.

          50+ Functions as base malt when used alone or with Base Malt in American Wheat Beers
